The Fifth Amended complaint  in the lawsuit Alperin v. Franciscan Order for return of the Second World War era Ustasha Treasury was filed today.

The amended lawsuit details the post war money laundering activities on behalf of the Ustasha by the Franciscan order and its Treasurer, Dominik Mandic.
